This house was probably one of the most interesting places I photographed. Not only because of great interior decor but mostly because of architectural elements that give this house uniqueness - exposed ceiling beams. The ceiling beams give here a visual impact of depth and texture. They draw the eye up, making a space larger that creates architectural interest. The beams have a rustic finish, and I love how designers used this material throughout the house to complement the design!

In the Kitchen, there is a rustic hood above the stove used to complement beams.

And in the Breakfast area, the table complements the beams and hood.
